At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to \”Make it easy for men to dress well\”. The Supervisor role is an important function in the store\’s leadership structure, with the main objective of coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPIs, and deliver first‑class customer service. By influencing and nurturing a professional and enjoyable store environment, encouraging a winning mentality in service and selling, and championing colleague engagement and leading by example, the Supervisor will be an expert on CT product, customer service and selling skills, train the sales team, and support staff training tools. The Supervisor will also assist with managing operational, visual merchandising, compliance, and admin tasks, and will adhere to company policy procedures, Health and Safety guidelines and security processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
- Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
- Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.
- This is a full‑time 40‑hour contract; candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays for opening and closing shifts.
