We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Assistant at our Milton Keynes store. This contract is 24 hours per week (overtime also available). Candidates must have Sunday availability.

Our ideal candidate will have previous key holder experience and will be available for store opening and closing shifts.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with the store management team to ensure that the store, people and operation trade safely and legally.
  • Assume responsibilities of opening and closing the store.
  • Provide excellent customer service with expert product knowledge to ensure you are up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions.
  • Take ownership of customer and wedding appointments.
  • Support the Store Supervisor with inducting, training and coaching Sales Assistants.
  • Maximise every sales opportunity to ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
  • Deliver high visual merchandising standards and ensure store housekeeping standards are continually achieved.
  • Adhere to company VM, Health & Safety guidelines and security processes.
  • Process deliveries, transfers and merchandise quickly, accurately and efficiently.

  • Retail experience (apparel or customer-facing preferred).
  • Some key-holder experience.
  • Strong customer service and selling skills.
  • Leads by example on service, selling, and shop floor standards.
