We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Assistant who will be working with Steven and the Team in our Edinburgh store. This contract is 40 hours per week (overtime also available). Candidates must be flexible to work on Saturdays and at least one weekday, including bank holidays. Our ideal candidate will have previous key holder experience, and will be available for store opening and closing shifts.

As a Senior Sales Assistant at CT, you will work with the store management team to ensure that the store, people, and operation run safely and legally, and assume responsibilities of opening and closing the store. You will provide excellent customer service, stay up to date on product knowledge, manage customer and wedding appointments, support the Store Supervisor by inducting, training, and coaching Sales Assistants, and maximise sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets and KPIs. You will also deliver high visual merchandising standards, maintain housekeeping, adhere to company VM, Health & Safety guidelines and security processes, and process deliveries, transfers, and merchandise quickly, accurately and efficiently.
