Role Position: Sales Assistant at Charles Tyrwhitt Leeds store. Working with Ian and the team. Contract: 8 hours per week, overtime available. Availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales KPI targets.
- Maintain product knowledge, keep up-to-date with store ranges and promotions.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to improve team efficiency and store success.
- Perform stock duties including accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards and comply with VM and health & safety guidelines.
