Overview
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support the team in our Edinburgh store, working 16 hours per week (with possible overtime) and covering 3‑4 shifts, including weekends.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maximise sales and meet KPI targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and sell effectively to meet store targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of store ranges and promotions.
- Support teammates, collaborating to drive store success.
- Perform stock tasks such as accuracy checks, replenishment and delivery processing.
- Ensure high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, following VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
