The Role
Here at Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to maintain and improve, through applied technology, the quality and value of all products in line with the business\’s strategic direction.
What you will be doing
Working with the Technical team, you will provide support and ensure that the approval process and quality management of products fulfill and exceed the company’s expectations.

You will be a strong communicator, capable of initiating and building relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and the ability to independently manage workload are essential.
Required Skills and Experience
- Support the technical team and develop close working relationships across buying and design teams, as well as with suppliers.
- Coordinate and track samples from suppliers in preparation for fit sessions.
- Organize weekly fit sessions, assist the Senior Technologist in communicating fit comments, label, and send approved products to the QC team.
- Update the critical path and attend related meetings.
- Support the Senior Technologist in issuing and following up on wearer trial samples.
- Understand product costing and the impact of changes in specifications on the cost price.
- Support customer inquiries by providing product information under guidance.
- Manage departmental invoices and filing.
