We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels and international markets. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and will gain exposure across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign implementation and optimisation across paid search and other digital channels.
- Analyse performance and make data‑led recommendations where appropriate.
- Coordinate the setup of promotions across all markets, including briefing codes, URLs and offers to relevant teams.
- Test all promotions thoroughly before launch to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience.
- Brief and coordinate creative with the design team, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to spec.
- Maintain and update the digital marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across channels.
- Support affiliate activity, including sales validation and compliance checks.
- Assist with campaign activation, reporting and general channel administration.
- Contribute to copywriting across BAU digital channels, including paid search and paid social.
- Play a key role in campaign setup, promotion launches and coordinating briefs with design and other teams.
Qualifications
- A degree in marketing, business or a related field (preferred).
- Some prior work experience (internship, placement or similar) with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data handling, formulas and basic analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams.
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of paid search or digital marketing channels.
- Experience coordinating projects or working with multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms – training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Smartly.io.
- Excellent written English for copy and communication.
