Provide hands‑on visual merchandising support during key trading periods and campaigns. Identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action to elevate store standards. Build strong relationships with Regional Managers and Store Managers and teams to ensure VM best practice is embedded. Support the VM team with directives as and when needed throughout the season.
  • Coaching & Training: Train and coach in‑store teams to confidently deliver VM standards independently. Provide clear guidance, feedback, and practical demonstrations during visits and window sign off periods. Create a culture of ownership and pride in store presentation. Support onboarding of new store team members with VM training.
