The Role
We are on the lookout for an Executive Assistant, who will be a trusted partner at the centre of the business, combining excellent organisation, judgement and discretion.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a trusted partner, anticipating priorities and creating effective systems that maximise impact and efficiency.
- Manage diaries, inboxes and communications with sound judgement, ensuring time and attention are focused on the highest-value activity.
- Provide seamless business and personal support, handling a wide range of matters with discretion, flexibility and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings and events end to end, including agendas, papers, minutes, follow-up actions, travel and logistics.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations and board materials, ensuring content is accurate, timely and polished.
- Support strategy days, leadership meetings, business updates and social events with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, acting as an effective gatekeeper and representative.
- Use digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, solve problems proactively and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
- Strong track record of managing complex diaries, shifting priorities and sensitive matters with sound judgement.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, supporting board activity and using digital and AI-enabled tools effectively.
- High discretion, integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to respond calmly and make sound decisions.
- Credible, approachable and collaborative, able to build trust quickly and challenge appropriately when needed.
- Proactive, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to anticipate issues and protect time and focus.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel.
- Confidence using AI tools such as Copilot to draft content, summarise information and improve efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce polished documents and presentations.
