Email Marketing Assistant

The Role:

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. The primary purpose of the Email Marketing Assistant is to support the planning, delivery and reporting of BAU email marketing campaigns, owning the full end-to-end campaign execution process.

What you will be doing:

We’re looking for a strong team player, who is organised and proactive, to join our Customer Retention Marketing team. This role will be responsible for assisting with the planning, delivery and reporting of our email marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for:

• Marketing or relevant undergraduate degree, with prior experience in marketing being preferable.
• Strong written English skills are essential, and experience with SMS marketing is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and capable of prioritising and managing time effectively.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commercially driven approach are key.
• Ability to remain calm and think critically when faced with challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is essential.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and project management tools such as Asana is beneficial.
