We’re on the lookout for a Sales Assistant who will be working with Ralph and the Team in our Lakeside store. The contract is 8 hours per week, with overtime also available. Our ideal candidate will be available on weekdays and weekends, including evening shifts and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Offering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales and KPI targets.
  • Staying up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions.
  • Supporting the wider sales team and collaborating with colleagues to improve overall store efficiency.
  • Performing stock related tasks such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
  • Ensuring high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards in line with Health and Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Quickly building rapport with customers.
