The Role

We are on the lookout for a Brand Services Print Assistant to facilitate the production of our in-store Retail POS for the UK, US and Paris stores. You will be a point of contact for our day-to-day activity with external & internal stakeholders. This role will eventually extend to assisting with Direct Mail print, and servicing our UK & US Marketing teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as a key liaison between UK and US Retail Visual Merchandising teams and Brand Marketing, to develop creative briefs for new campaigns
  • Oversee artwork creation through Asana
  • Develop print and allocation briefs and coordinate with external suppliers
  • Support the proofing and approval process
  • Manage relationships and communication with external suppliers
  • Assist the Brand Services Coordinator with briefing campaign video production
  • Conduct basic cost analysis
  • Process invoices for assigned campaigns
  • Support month-end calculations and reporting
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the production critical path
  • Provide support to the Head of Brand Services as needed
