The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who will be working with Samantha and the team in our Chelmsford store. Contracts are 8 hours per week (overtime also available). Ideal candidates will have availability on weekdays, including evening shifts and bank holidays.
What you will be doing
- Provide outstanding customer service and strive to maximise sales and KPI targets.
- Receive training to strengthen product and selling skills.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues, improving overall team efficiency and store success.
- Perform stock related tasks such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, following VM and Health and Safety guidelines.

- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
