We’re looking for a detail oriented Warranty and Returns Operative to manage incoming returns to the warehouse and work closely with our office team to ensure all returned items are processed accurately and efficiently. If you’re reliable, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while still supporting the wider team, this could be a great role for you.
Location: Poole, Dorset
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Reporting to: Sector 1
Requirements of the role:
- Receive and process incoming returns in our warehouse
- Inspect returned items for quality, condition, and accuracy
- Identify any issues or trends and report them to the Warranty & Returns team
- Ensure returns meet company criteria before processing
- Update return details accurately on the system
- Support with refunds, restocking, and inventory updates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised returns area
- Communicate clearly with the office team to resolve any return queries
What We’re Looking For:
- Forklift licence (or previous experience)
- Experience using a WMS system (desirable)
- Knowledge of car parts (desirable)
- Experience in warehouse returns or reverse logistics (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Positive, can-do attitude and good team player
