We’re looking for a practical, detail focused individual to join our team in a hands on role that’s central to the success of our operations. Working with end-of-life vehicles, you’ll be responsible for identifying, testing, and preparing mechanical components for re-sale or recycling. Your work will directly support inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of the business.
This position requires a strong mechanics background – whether through professional workshop experience or personal hands on knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also hold a Level 3 Mechanics qualification, though we’re open to candidates who can demonstrate equivalent ability and enthusiasm.
Location: Poole Site, BH12
Salary: £32,110.00
Working Hours: 42.5 hrs per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Reporting to: Run and Test Supervisor/ Manager
Duties:
- Level 3 qualification desirable.
- Strong diagnostic skills with proven knowledge of modern vehicle management systems.
- IT literate with the ability to use databases and digital systems.
- A good general education and strong communication skills.
- A proactive and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
