What you’ll be doing:

  • Swing shift pattern, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday): 6:00am-3:00pm one week / 3:00pm-12:00am the next.
  • Following strict safety, quality and environmental procedures while dismantling vehicles.
  • Removing and preparing high quality parts for reuse and resale.
  • Dismantling doors, windows/glazing, interior & exterior components, suspension, powertrain, dashboards.
  • Extracting and sorting recyclable materials.
  • Sorting waste materials into the correct recycling streams.
  • Meeting daily dismantling targets and contributing to a smooth running team.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for cars and vehicle mechanics.
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle mechanics or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically, safely, and efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Confidence using hand tools and power tools.
  • Knowledge of dismantling techniques and mechanical systems.
