We’re looking for a hands-on operator to support the heart of our operations, confidently using 360-degree cranes and bailers to keep the site running safely and efficiently. You’ll handle lifting and loading, support daily yard tasks and carry out equipment checks to keep machinery in top condition. What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate 360-degree cranes and bailers safely and efficiently as part of daily site activities
  • Carry out lifting, loading, and unloading operations to keep materials moving smoothly
  • Work closely with site teams to support yard operations and contribute to overall site performance
  • Complete pre-use machinery checks, keep equipment in good working order, and report any defects promptly
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment by clearing up spillages or debris, helping with the lubrication and upkeep of trucks and machinery, and ensuring safe conditions for yourself and others

Working hours

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shift pattern: 7.30am - 4.30pm week one, 1pm - 10pm week two.

What We're Looking For

  • CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360-degree operation
  • 4+ years of proven experience operating cranes, excavators or similar heavy machinery
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations and safe working practices
  • A reliable, safety-focused attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support wider site operations
