As a Travel Claims Handler, you\’ll be the first point of contact for customers facing unexpected travel problems. You\’ll listen, empathise, and guide them through the claims process – making a real difference at a difficult time.

  1. Assess claims, confirm policy coverage, and gather required documentation via phone and email.
  2. Resolve claims efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Manage a high volume of calls and emails.
  4. Provide clear, accurate verbal and written guidance throughout the claims process.

We provide comprehensive training and onboarding for all new staff. This programme is the start of a learning journey involving regular coaching, feedback, and skill development. Our investment in you allows for growth and long-term progression.

Note: If you possess a visa, we will be unable to consider you if less than 18 months remain on your visa. Exceptions may apply if you can provide:

  • Evidence of family ties enabling visa extension, or
  • Current evidence qualifying you for a visa extension under UK immigration laws, with supporting documentation.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Confident communicator with strong telephone skills.
  • High computer literacy and numerical ability.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred).
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable switching between phone and email communication.
  • Empathetic with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Committed to training and professional growth.
