Working within the Operational Accounts team to ensure payments are made daily, purchase invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner, and that client bank accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities

Managing daily /monthly task workflow.

Make GBP and foreign payments and deal with any questions/compliance issues that arise.

Carry out daily/weekly/monthly bank and float reconciliations and investigate anything that cannot be reconciled.

Processing purchase invoices from our providers.

Processing ad hoc sales invoices.

Processing Dr and Nurses escort time sheets and expenses.

Sending of sales invoices and payment remittances to our clients/providers.

Complete monthly and other adhoc tasks.

Dealing with internal and external queries via email or phone.

Prepare and investigate weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C) – Essential
Accountancy – Would be an advantage but not essential as company provides study support.
