The Role Purpose

Provide support to the Operational Accounts team with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices.

Complete daily tasks related to remittance and sales invoice distribution.

Respond to internal and external queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices from our providers.
  • Sending of sales invoices and payment remittances to our clients/providers.
  • Assisting in any ad hoc tasks required by Accounts Assistant/Department.
  • Deal with any questions / compliance issues that arise.

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C) - Essential
  • Computer knowledge to include Outlook, Work and Excel - Essential
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good telephone manner
  • At least 1 years' experience in an accounting environment - Desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical, organised, integrity, flexible, and confidential
  • Be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team

  • Working pattern - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm or variant
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in your normal office location, subject to business requirements.
