The company and the role:

As a Medical RiskAssessor, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our travel customers who are needing to declare their pre‑existing medical conditions in line with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy.

Salary and benefits for the Medical RiskAssessor

  • £26,210 to £30,300

  • Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system, to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality

Requirements of the Medical Risk Assessor

  • A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite
  • Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
