  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

What we need from you

  • To be able to attend an interview on Wednesday 1st of July
  • To be able to start work on Wednesday 8th of July
  • Work Monday to Friday between 09.00 -17.30
  • Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
  • Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
  • Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers
