The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.

Training start date: Monday 30th of March. Please note: Applicants must live within a 10-mile radius of BH23. For the Christchurch location, due to the unreliability of public transport, employees should be able to commute using no more than one bus route to reach the office.

What the programme involves:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Handling and processing relevant documents accurately
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to all our travel customers
  • Guiding customers clearly through the claims process to deliver excellent service

What we need from you:

  • Available to attend and fully commit to 2 weeks of training over Easter starting Monday 30th March
  • Work Monday to Friday
  • Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
  • Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
  • Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers

We provide a comprehensive training and onboarding programme for all new staff. This programme is the start of a learning journey which involves regular coaching, feedback and skill development.
