What the programme involves:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Handling and processing relevant documents accurately
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to all our travel customers
  • Guiding customers clearly through the claims process to deliver excellent service
What we need from you:
  • Available to start on Monday 8th of June
  • Able to attend an interview on Wednesday 29th of April 2026
  • Work Monday to Friday between 09.00 - 17.30
  • Customer service experience - helpful but not essential
  • Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
  • Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers
