Rapidly grown into an international brand known for its minimalist aesthetic, innovative product engineering, and exceptional customer experience. We pride ourselves on designing and developing a comprehensive range of everyday products.
We are seeking a people-focused Showroom Manager to bring our pillars of People, Product, Customer, and Community to life at the opening of our new flagship showroom in Clerkenwell. In this full-time role, you will lead a passionate team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture where every team member is supported to grow and excel.
What you will be doing:
- Promote our mission, vision and values, empowering team culture, supporting team development, and monitoring team performance.
- Overseeing daily operations and contributing to strategic planning and driving showroom performance.
About you:
- A people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team, passionate about creating memorable client experiences and long-term relationships.
- Highly organised and operationally savvy with the ability to manage day-to-day showroom function.
- A confident problem solver who can handle complex matters with calm and professionalism.

Experience and qualifications:
- Retail Leadership or showroom management within the commercial hospitality/retail interiors industry, interior design-related field preferred.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, along with strong operational and organisational skills and managing visual merchandising, daily showroom functions.

- Work-life balance: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
