We are now looking for a full-time showroom Sales Design Consultant to join our friendly team, who has a passion for interiors and design. Working for a premium global design brand specialising in architectural kitchen and bathroom fixtures, originated from Australia in 2016 and has rapidly grown into an international brand, growing at speed year on year in the UK.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive and maximise sales, leads, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Handle sales and trade enquiries in person, by phone, email or live chat.
  • Manage daily processing of proformas and orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is presented to impeccable standards, with all products and information accurate and up to date.
  • Support team members and stakeholders with sales, trade and general customer experience enquiries as needed.
  • Conduct in-person showroom design consultations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales and design service is delivered.

About you:

  • Demonstrate passion and professionalism to ensure a meaningful and positive customer experience, be approachable and attentive to customers' needs and enquiries.
  • Strong ability to close sales effectively by understanding customer preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering trust through professionalism.
  • Strong ability to learn Salesforce, Ring DNA, and WooCommerce (not essential).
  • Qualification in interior design or equivalent industry experience.

Holidays: You will be entitled to the equivalent of 5.6 weeks paid holiday in each holiday year, including bank holidays. If your length of employment with the Company exceeds 12 months, your leave entitlement will increase to the equivalent of 6.6 weeks.
