Charles Street Finance (CSF) is a specialist secured lender based in Cheadle, South Manchester. As a Case Manager, you will work within the Charles Street division, supporting professional property developers and investors to access bespoke funds for key projects such as Bridging finance, Buy-to-let and Development exits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee new mortgage applications, provide initial case assessment and request additional information before progressing to underwriting.
- Proactively manage own pipeline of cases pre-and post-offer, working with brokers, customers, solicitors and other third parties to minimise turnaround times.
- Drive and manage performance of the process through coaching, support and quality control across the team to ensure SLA’s are met and exceptional customer service is maintained.
- Conduct thorough quality control reviews of each loan file to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to funding.
- Produce weekly reports on application status, time to offer and time to fund, highlighting matters of concern and opportunities for efficiency improvements in the underwriting workflow.
