You'll play a key role in planning and executing a diverse programme of events, sponsorships and integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, support client engagement and contribute to business growth.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help deliver high-quality conferences, client events, webinars, sponsorship activations and regional initiatives.

You'll also act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practice and providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure every activity delivers maximum value and impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Sponsorship & Marketing Executive, you will

  • Support the development and delivery of our annual events and sponsorship strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of a variety of in-person and virtual events, including conferences, webinars, networking events and sponsorship activations.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver engaging client and prospect experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with branch and regional teams, supporting the delivery of local events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and measurable results.
  • Source and manage venues, suppliers, agencies and event technology partners.
  • Coordinate registrations, communications, hospitality and event logistics.
  • Maximise sponsorship opportunities through effective activation and campaign support.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote events and sponsorship activity.
  • Create engaging content including invitations, emails, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Evaluate performance through post-event reporting, insights and ROI analysis.
  • Share best practice and contribute ideas that continuously improve our events and marketing activity.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from people who can bring a combination of experience, creativity and strong organisational skills. You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in events, sponsorship, marketing or a related role.
  • A track record of delivering successful events from planning through to execution and evaluation.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external suppliers and partners.
  • Experience using event management and webinar platforms such as Cvent, Zoom Webinar or similar technologies.
  • Experience working within financial services, professional services or a regulated environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a highly visible role, working with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and stakeholders.

You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, creativity and expertise will be valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to develop your career while helping shape and enhance our events, sponsorship and marketing activity.
