About the Role:We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning team.In this role, you'll provide technical expertise and support to Financial Planning Advisors, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions and excellent client outcomes. Working with both clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in producing suitability reports, conducting research, analysing complex cases and supporting the end-to-end advice process.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys technical financial planning, building trusted relationships and contributing to a collaborative, client-focused team.What You'll Be Doing:Prepare high-quality suitability reports, recommendations and client review documentation.Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.Support Advisors throughout the financial planning process.Gather, maintain and analyse client information using internal systems.Liaise with clients, providers and professional connections as required.Work closely with administration teams to deliver an excellent client experience.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Contribute to the development of paraplanning processes and best practice.Support the production of management information and reporting.Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members where appropriate.Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.What We're Looking For:Significant paraplanning experience within a financial planning, wealth management or private client environment.Strong technical knowledge across key areas of financial planning.Experience supporting high-net-worth and complex client cases.Excellent report-writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience using financial planning and cashflow modelling tools.Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively.CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent), with progression towards Level 6/Chartered status preferred.Why Join Us?You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where your expertise will be valued and your professional development encouraged.
