Job Description:

Job Purpose

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires across multiple business areas, ensuring a seamless, strategic, and inclusive hiring experience that aligns with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, ensuring roles are well-defined, aligned with budget, and strategically positioned.
  2. Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to shape recruitment strategies that reflect market trends, business priorities, and diversity goals.
  3. Campaign Management : Design and execute tailored attraction campaigns, identifying the most effective sourcing channels for each role.
  4. Job Marketing : Craft compelling job adverts and manage postings across various platforms, while nurturing relationships with external partners and networks.
  5. Recruitment Systems : Maintain and optimise the recruitment portal, ensuring compliance, tracking candidate progress, and managing approvals.
  6. Direct Sourcing : Proactively identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  7. Candidate Screening : Evaluate CVs against job specifications, build high-quality shortlists, and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  8. Interview Coordination : Manage the interview process end-to-end, including scheduling, coaching hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  9. Candidate Experience : Lead feedback processes and maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive journey for all candidates.
  10. Offer & Onboarding : Oversee the offer process and collaborate with Core HR to support seamless onboarding.
  11. Reporting & Insights : Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment reports, including diversity and inclusion metrics, for ExCo and Board-level review.
  12. Continuous Improvement : Champion best practices and drive ongoing enhancements within the Talent Acquisition function.
  13. Culture Champion : Act as a change agent and advocate for the Raymond James Service 1st culture across all recruitment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment, from role scoping to onboarding, in either an agency or in-house setting.
  • Experience within financial services or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing techniques, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
