We are seeking a dedicated HR Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support Senior HR Management by driving HR strategy and managing projects. You will provide comprehensive, pragmatic, and customer-focused HR support and advice to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Senior HR Operations Management.
  • Liaise with specialist HR colleagues to ensure accurate advice and processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR Administrator to ensure effective HR administration (e.g., new starters, leavers, probation).
  • Produce and amend settlement agreements, redundancy documents, and employment variations.
  • Process all leaver documentation.
  • Support flexible working, maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave requests.
  • Continuously seek improvements in HR processes.
  • Provide guidance to the HR Administrator.
  • Manage and support HR operational projects.
  • Ensure HR systems (including flex benefits and HCM systems) meet business requirements.
  • Support the running and renewals of employee benefits, including the monthly pension process and flexible benefits window.
  • Assist the team with data and report requests, creating new reports as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in administration or as an HR specialist with a UK employer.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of financial/professional services.
  • Desirable: Experience with Oracle or Workday.
  • Essential: Strong working knowledge of Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Word.
