Love events, thrive in sales, and know how to turn relationships into recurring revenue? We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing online venue sourcing and booking platforms. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market accounts, driving revenue through a consultative, tech-enabled sales approach. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and pitching solutions to closing high-value bookings and building long-term partnerships. You’ll help companies and event planners discover, compare, negotiate, and book exceptional spaces for conferences, team off-sites, Christmas parties, product launches, meetings, private dining, and more.
This is more than an inbound sales role. You’ll proactively develop accounts, uncover repeat event opportunities, secure larger commercial agreements, and work closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of our sales strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and convert inbound enquiries from SME and mid-market clients
- Build pipeline through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and account development
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, venue sourcing, negotiation, proposal creation, and closing
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Identify upsell opportunities across managed services and technology solutions
- Re-engage dormant accounts and turn one-off bookings into recurring partnerships
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales on larger strategic opportunities
- Mentor and support Account Executives on deal strategy and negotiation
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity
- Share market and customer feedback to help improve our platform, products, and sales processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or event sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, consultative approach to sales
- Comfortable balancing high-volume inbound leads with outbound prospecting
- Passion for events, hospitality, or technology-led marketplaces is a plus
- Previous mentoring or coaching experience is highly valued
Why Join Us?
- Work with exciting brands and world-class venues
- Join a fast-growing business at the intersection of tech and events
- Competitive salary with uncapped commission
- Hybrid working and flexible culture
- Clear progression opportunities into strategic or enterprise sales
- Regular team socials, industry events, and venue experiences
If you’re commercially driven, relationship-focused, and excited about helping companies create unforgettable events, we’d love to hear from you.
