We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing commercial team and help convert the large volume of inbound enquiries generated by our market-leading brand.

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from enquiry through to close, and building long-term relationships that generate repeat revenue. The Role
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close
- Qualify inbound opportunities and identify customer needs
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Executive Assistants, Office Managers, HR teams and Event Managers
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
- Develop existing customer relationships to increase spend and repeat bookings
- Maintain accurate pipeline management through HubSpot CRM
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to maximise customer value
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1-3 years' experience in a B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development or Account Management role in Venue and Events industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, marketplaces, events, hospitality or business services
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders within a sales process
- Understanding of the events, workplace or hospitality sectors
