Charles Simon Associates is currently recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Platform Lead on a permanent basis for a global business based in the heart of Central London.
Location: London/Hybrid (onsite twice a week)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Microsoft 365 Platform Lead:
- Extensive M365 administration, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID/Azure AD
- Previous management of 3rd party vendor relationships
- Microsoft E5 licensing
- Access Management, Security Configuration and Platform Governance
- Internal Stakeholder Management
- Previous leadership experience
Desirable Skills:
- PowerShell Scripting
- Any hands-on experience with 3CX, Mimecast or Zoho ServiceDesk
- Any Microsoft Purview exposure
Start date is ASAP for the Microsoft 365 Platform Lead.
The Microsoft 365 Platform Lead will be responsible for:
- Owning the configuration, performance and lifecycle of the M365 services across the business
- Ensuring optimal use of the Microsoft E5 capabilities
- Managing and maintaining 3rd party relationships with external networking partners
- Acting as the final escalation point for complex issues across the platform stack as a whole
- Leading and mentoring a small team of escalation engineers
- Defining and enforcing governance policies for M365 usage globally
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into platform solutions that can be rolled out across the business
