Charles Simon Associates is currently recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Platform Lead on a permanent basis for a global business based in the heart of Central London.

Location: London/Hybrid (onsite twice a week)

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum D.O.E

Skills/Requirements for the Microsoft 365 Platform Lead:

* Extensive M365 administration, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID/Azure AD

* Previous management of 3rd party vendor relationships

* Microsoft E5 licencing

* Access Management, Security Configuration and Platform Governance

* Internal Stakeholder Management

* Previous leadership experience

Desirable Skills:

* PowerShell Scripting

* Any hands-on experience with 3CX, Mimecast or Zoho ServiceDesk

* Any Microsoft Purview exposure

Start date is ASAP for the Microsoft 365 Platform Lead

The Microsoft 365 Platform Lead will be responsible for:

* Owning the configuration, performance and lifecycle of the M365 services across the business

* Ensuring optimal use of the Microsoft E65 capabilities

* Managing and maintaining 3rd party relationships with external networking partners

* Acting as the final escalation point for complex issues across the platform stack as a whole

* Leading and mentoring a small team of escalation engineers xiskglj

* Defining and enforcing governance policies for M365 usage globally

* Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into platform solutions that can be rolled out across the business
