Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that has been growing extensively over the past 3 years, you would be working for a manager who really values their employees and wants to help them in their careers in order for them to progress.
Location: Leicester/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:
* Previous experience in a similar role is vital
* Strong Data Modelling, Manipulation and integration experience
* Previous BI reporting experience ideally around QlikView/Qlik Cloud or Qlik Sense
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing
* Ability to interact with senior level Stakeholders
* All candidates must have hands on experience using Qlik products, ideally Qlik Cloud, QlikView and/or Qlik Sense
Start date is ASAP for the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will be responsible for:
* Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence key business decisions
* Supporting and updating Stakeholders within the business as and when requested and on an ad hoc basis
* Mentoring junior members of the team in order to support their growth
* Working with multiple data sources and large complex datasets, building analytical solutions using predominantly Qlik Cloud
* Applying a “test, learn and evolve” approach to uncover opportunities and recommend improvements to the system where possible
* Supporting the growth of the business through data-driven analytics and innovation
* Acting as a senior team member, guiding colleagues and providing cover in the BI Manager’s absence
* Collaborating across teams to identify and solve business challenges using data
