Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Developer for one of our key clients who are a fast-growing organisation where Salesforce sits at the core of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a small, highly effective Salesforce team and play a key role in delivering an ambitious product roadmap.
The successful candidate will take ownership of programmatic development within the Salesforce platform, working closely with the Salesforce Administrator and Product team to deliver new features, integrations and platform enhancements.
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer, a minimum of 5 years commercial experience
- Hands-on development using Apex, Triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations using APIs
- Experience working with Flows and Salesforce automation tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development standards
- Experience working with Jira and Agile / Kanban environments
- Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Comfortable writing and reviewing technical specifications
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components
- Working alongside the Salesforce Administrator to ensure best practice across the platform
- Taking ownership of release cycles, implementing and deploying new platform updates
- Building and maintaining Salesforce APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders to deliver platform improvements
- Championing good engineering practices and development standards
- Communicating progress clearly across the team, including updating Jira boards
- Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the Salesforce CRM platform
