About Us

We are a family-run butcher shop, now part of a larger food wholesaler with a long-standing tradition of providing high-quality meats and exceptional customer service. The shop is known for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join the team and help us to supply our customers both retail and wholesale.

A full-block test will be required as part of the interview process.

Working days: 6 days per week

  • Monday: 05.00 – 11:30
  • Tuesday: 05.00 – 13:30
  • Wednesday: 05.00 – 11:30
  • Thursday: 05.00 – 14:00
  • Friday: 05.00 – 14:00
  • Saturday: 06.00 – 14:00

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cut various types of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
  • Ensure all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Occasional work in the shop
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years’ experience as a Butcher
  • Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
