Role Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Learning Technology Manager, the LMS Assistant will provide dedicated administration, configuration, and governance support for the firm’s Learning Management System (Docebo) and related data integrations. The postholder will ensure learning content is accurate, well‑organised, and effectively presented across courses, modules, and learning pathways. They will manage system configuration, coordinate updates with content providers, and develop Power BI reporting to deliver meaningful insights into learning engagement and compliance. This role is central to maintaining a high‑quality, data‑informed digital learning experience for colleagues across the firm.

Part‑time position working 3 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities (this is a broad but not exhaustive list)

  • Set up and configure courses, modules, and learning pathways within Docebo.
  • Upload, test, and maintain learning content, including documents, videos, and SCORM packages.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions, tagging, and categorisation for content.
  • Act as the system lead for content governance, ensuring all materials meet quality standards before publication and remain current.
  • Review and archive outdated courses in line with content lifecycle and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g. VinciWorks) to ensure third‑party content is current and properly integrated.
  • Monitor automated content updates and apply new releases where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of licence usage and content refresh schedules.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track learner engagement, completions, and compliance.
  • Work with the Learning Technology Manager and OL&D Ops Team to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting.
  • Produce monthly insight reports and contribute to ROI/ROE evaluation.
  • Monitor data flows between Docebo, SuccessFactors, and tray.io, resolving issues such as failed syncs or missing users.
  • Support testing and implementation of new LMS functionality or system integrations.
  • Partner with the Learning Technology and the wider Organisational Learning & Development team to align system capability with firmwide learning objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and governance standards.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles.
  • Forge meaningful and influential working relationships with the wider Business School team, Business Services, Directors, Partners, Managers and other key individuals in the Firm.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience administering a Learning Management System is essential (preferably Docebo or similar).
  • Strong data handling skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI is essential.
  • Experience in a professional services or law‑firm environment is desirable.
  • Understanding of learning analytics, ROI/ROE, or Kirkpatrick evaluation desirable.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors, tray.io, or similar integration tools is desirable.
