Job Overview
Have you got recruitment admin or coordinator experience? Do you want to develop your skill set in recruitment? Are you skilled in managing multiple tasks at once, in a busy environment? Our UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team is evolving! We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on an initial, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Requiring you to be proactive and enthusiastic, you will support volume recruitment at multiple sites across the UK & Ireland, ranging across our corporate and scientific sectors. Screening candidates and presenting top talent to hiring managers for entry level to senior roles. This role offers you flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to work in one of the most exciting and impactful sectors in the UK!
Initial contract available as a Fixed Term for 6 months. This is subject to review and potential conversion to a permanent role in Q1 2027. This is a primarily remote role, with attendance required at our site in Tranent once every month to support onboarding of new hires.
Skills & Experience
- A BSc is advantageous, but not essential.
- Previous exposure to recruitment administration and coordination.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced changing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in using IT staffing tools (i.e., ATS, internet job boards, networking, and social media).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to established processes.
- Additional languages advantageous (German / French / Dutch).
