We are keen to present an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on an initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Requiring a proactive and enthusiastic recruiter, you will be given responsibility to manage daily recruitment activities across our UK and Ireland sites. You will carry a group of approved, open roles and proactively fill those positions in a timely, cost effective, and quality driven manner. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to participate in strategic, high-impact projects and initiatives related to the ongoing development of the global talent acquisition function. Broadening your experience and supporting your own development. You will have a proven track record in recruiting within Life Sciences or equivalent, able to forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders and candidates alike.
This is a remote role, it can be within in the UK or Ireland.

Main Tasks:
Effectively partner with hiring managers to better understand business needs and assess position goals and requirements.
Partners with HR and management to facilitate offer negotiation and new hire onboarding.
Ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant and timely manner within the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate on projects / reports related to ongoing corporate recruitment initiatives as required.
Skills and Experience:
A BSc is advantageous, but not essential.
Previous exposure to recruiting across all levels, within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or CDMO / CRO sectors, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building long-lasting relationships.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced changing environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using IT staffing tools (i.e., ATS, internet job boards, networking, and social media).
Outstanding organisational skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
