Job Overview

We are seeking a Report Compiler for our Administration & Reporting department located in Elphinstone, Tranent, EH22 2NE. This role is full time, on site (with hybrid options after a period of training). The Administration and Reporting department is responsible for collating, tabulating and reporting scientific data from safety assessment studies and using reporting software to compile the study report to the standards required by the Company, its clients and international regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

  • Timely collation and tabulation of data from safety assessment studies to meet tight deadlines.
  • Preparation and formatting of the draft material and methods of scientific studies in accordance to the study design and Sponsor requirements.
  • Development of reports to the standards required by the Company, its clients and international regulatory authorities.
  • Quality control of own work and the work of others.
  • Work closely with study management and Quality Assurance.
  • Use appropriate publishing software for compilation of reports and reporting components before issuing reports to the Sponsor.

Experience

  • University entrance standard educational qualifications. A degree is welcome, but not essential.
  • Strong proficiency in IT literacy i.e. extensive experience in use of word-processing, electronic text production and report writing is essential.
  • Proven experience of working within given timescales with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of managing own workloads and prioritising conflicting responsibilities.

This role is offered Full time, the Salary of £27,951 per annum as well as 29 days paid Holidays, Pension, Private Healthcare, Health Insurance, Employee discount scheme, Free Gym on site, Cafeteria with great food, Free onsite parking and more.
