The Regional Distributor Manager will support the Microbial Solutions Distributor Network in the Middle East/Africa/CIS regions. Working remotely, the role involves providing support to local channel partners, driving revenue, strengthening relationships, and assisting in the growth of the Charles River Laboratories microbe business. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategy: defining overall approach for working with partners, including recruitment, onboarding, management, and enablement; outline goals in quarterly reviews.
- Manage and nurture partner relationships: build strong relationships through co‑travel, support at trade shows, seminars, workshops, and remote support on opportunities.
- Drive revenue through channel partners: set sales targets for partners, provide resources and support, track performance, and identify opportunities to expand market share; track opportunities through Salesforce.
- Provide training and support to partners: ensure partners are knowledgeable about Charles River products and services; create or use tools and resources to sell effectively.
- Analyze and optimize partner performance: track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, adjust channel strategy to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in channel sales, business development, or related fields, including experience with CRM software.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal).
- Leadership skills: ability to lead and motivate channel partners and their teams, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop and execute channel strategies aligning with business objectives.
- Relationship‑building skills: ability to build strong partnerships with partners and stakeholders.
- Communication skills: effective communication with partners and internal teams.
- Data analysis skills: track and analyze partner performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
