Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr
Position Overview: Assists in the oversight and development of the Clinical Department and Service Delivery including hiring, supervision, and evaluation. Regularly reviews program services, in order to meet client needs. With direction from Senior Leadership, the Clinical Supervisor assists, develops, plans, and implements strategies for program continuation and growth. Provides clinical training to staff and interns as necessary
This position is full time and eligible for a $5,000.00 sign on bonus.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning and evaluation of clinical programs and services, including plans to increase the range, quality, and quantity of services at CRR.
- Supervises and works directly with staff to develop and monitor clinical quality assurance procedures to ensure a scientific basis is used in determining which clinical activities to implement and continue.
- Trouble-shoot clinically-related problems and roll out clinical initiatives that will improve clinical quality to programs in the field.
- Implement procedures to permit regular, timely collection and utilization of feedback from both staff and patients in the implementation and modification of clinical practices.
- Hires, trains and retains top talent and participates in the performance management process.
- Engages in ongoing assessment of the clinical competence of clinical team members, through various methods, including but not limited to direct supervision and observation and utilizes this information to provide training and development, as is necessary.
- Leads and engages staff by articulating a vision that inspires others and can attract, develop and retain talent.
- Uphold personal and professional ethics and values, considering the values of the organization and respecting the culture, belief, and abilities of individuals.
- Must be able to work in collaboration with other health professionals and leaders from other disciplines.
- Responsible for chart auditing as it relates to direct supervisees.
- Complete supervision and group supervision as necessary.
Education And Experience
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field is required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Licensure required either as an LMHC, LICSW, LCSW LADC1
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years in a clinical management role, leading people and managing processes preferred
- Proven track record of excellent operations performance
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected
