Job Summary
Do you have expertise in Change Management and influencing change? Are you able to successfully lead transformative initiatives on a global scale? Charles River Laboratories are looking for a Change Management Partner to guide some of our most complex and ambitious initiatives. Working remotely (from the UK/IRL or EU) you’ll shape and execute change strategies that drive measurable adoption — while empowering teams across global sites to embrace new technology, processes and roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute change management strategies that create measurable impact on user implementation and proactively address resistance risks.
- Pull from multiple change methodologies to select what will be most effective for the specific stakeholders and initiatives, even if multi-phased and complex.
- Understand and use a solid, easy to deploy transformation methodology that enables a large, global organization to undergo complex changes.
- Assess change impact of complex solutions and align adoption approach to address impacts in order of risk.
- Focus on defining success metrics and measurable outcomes for the people side of change.
- Support delivery of core activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training and sustainability of the change.
- Ability to develop communications that are audience and project specific, easy to understand and deliver value.
- Confident working across departments, geographies and building a coalition of support at the local level.
- Collaborate and support with other change leads across the organization, working closely with key internal senior stakeholders to implement and cascade change effectively.
- Drive ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice.
Requirements
- BA/MA in business, organizational development, change management, communications or a related field.
- Significant, proven experience in change management, organizational development, transformation, or project delivery at a global level.
- Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale change in global organizations, ideally at other CRO/Biotech or Pharma companies.
- Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall project environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and listening skills, self-starter with ability to work with autonomy.
- Ability to connect the dots across complex programs and tell a compelling story using data and analytics.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for positively influencing and helping people to navigate change.
- Prosci, CCMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
