Charles River are recruiting a talented, highly motivated fixedâterm (maternity cover) Project Coordinator in the Biologics Europe Project Coordination team, to ensure accurate reporting of the financial revenue forecasting and recognition of scientific projects in the Biologics Business. This fullâtime, 1âyear remote role is available in the UK, Ireland or Germany. You will work closely with Scientific Operations in Germany, Ireland and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our Enterprise Resource Planning System, SAP.
- Review contracts and acceptable documentation to build financial costs and study designs in SAP.
- Ensure sales orders and study schedules are created, updated accurately, and invoicing milestones released.
- Contribute to process improvement and integration as we grow as an internal Charles River Business.

- Proactive approach to working with the ability to plan work in advance to prioritise workload depending on business schedules.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

- Experience in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Knowledge or awareness gained from working in a scientific department with a variety of study designs and an understanding of Good Laboratory Practice is desirable.
