We are seeking a Solution Architect to partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design and articulate compelling, end-to-end solutions for prospective and existing clients. This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technical execution, translating client requirements into scalable, secure, and differentiated solutions that drive sales success. The ideal candidate is client-facing, technically credible, commercially aware, and thrives in fast-paced, consultative sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Partner with Sales to support the full sales lifecycle, from discovery through deal close.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client business goals, workflows, and constraints.
- Design and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts aligned to client needs.
- Clearly articulate value propositions, differentiators, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires with accurate and compelling technical content.
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs, including integrations, data flows, and deployment models.
- Ensure solutions align with product capabilities, security standards, and scalability requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on client feedback.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Professional Services.
- Support handoffs from Sales to Delivery, ensuring solution intent and scope are clearly documented.
- Contribute to sales enablement materials, reference architectures, and demo best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned domains, products, or industries.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, APIs, integrations, and data models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy considerations.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps or participating in beta programs.
- Prior client-facing consulting experience.
