Role Overview
As a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality restoration services to customers affected by fire, flood, or accidental damage. You will represent the business on-site, carrying out assessments, restoration activities, and cleaning tasks while providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and supporting customers during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective restoration solutions for fire and accidental damage in both domestic and commercial environments.
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers, maintaining a can-do attitude and high levels of service.
- Carry out fire cleaning, deodorising, and specialist cleaning tasks.
- Pack, list, and remove contents to designated storage locations with care.
- Maintain safe, tidy working areas and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
