CPL t/a Rainbow International is a leading Fire, Flood & Specialist Cleaning company, providing restoration services across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Newhaven.
The Role
- Working within residential and commercial properties, you will carry out restoration and specialist cleaning works following fire, flood, escape of water, and accidental damage incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Fire and flood restoration works
- Moisture surveys and drying equipment installation
- Fire cleaning, deodorisation, and specialist cleaning
- Packing, inventorying, and handling customer contents
- Completing site reports and job documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and Health & Safety standards
- Participating in the out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out rota
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
