Role Purpose
To lead the commercial strategy, ensuring the programme remains financially sustainable through membership revenue while delivering the high-impact place-marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Growth & Sustainability: Develop and execute a robust membership recruitment and retention strategy to hit annual revenue targets.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Cultivate high-level relationships with businesses, facilitating B2B introductions and strategic networking.
- SLA Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including event attendance, membership diversity, and inward investment leads.
